Sedum Selskianum
A vigorous hardy variety, even tho in winter it completely dies back it comes back every year to add height to your display. I like to use it in live walls and roofs for summer impact with its vibrant big yellow flowers.
Sedum is perfect for ground cover, roof projects, wheelie bin hutch roofs etc.
(We can also create bespoke structures, get in touch to discuss your needs).
Plugs provide a versatile solution to providing coverage and will grow in both horizontal and vertical locations. These plugs are designed for you to plant yourself on your prepared roof , approx 20-25 plugs per sq mtr.
Sedum Selskianum
Compost
Ideally a really good free draining substrate, made from compost, sand and horticultural grit. In equal measures.
Water
most sedums will cope with dry conditions, but obviously they don’t really flourish, if watered little and regularly they will be full of awesomeness
Feed
a light feed every month or so will suffice.
Light
Depending on variety most will flourish in direct sunlight, but most will also take a certain amount of shade
